Based on comprehensive information on traffic flows on all streets and roads in the city, as well as geospatial data on those streets and roads, the possibilities of the city’s road network were identified. Using the principles and methodology of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and Ticon algorithms, a concept was developed to fully meet the transportation needs of the city, with a focus on automobile traffic.
