Financial Report of “The Irpin Restoration Fund” Public Organization

Reporting period: January 1, 2023 – January 31, 2023

During the reporting period the accounts of the public organization “The Irpin Restoration Fund” received 6,616.50 UAH, USD 23,027.33 USD, and 499,925.00 EUR.

Of them:

From legal entities –23,027.33 USD and 499,925.00 EUR, in particular:

  • – from the City Hall of Cascais (Portugal) targeted assistance for the restoration of Kindergarten No. 5 “Vinochok” 499,925.00 EUR.
  • from the Embassy of Ukraine in Japan 23,027.33 USD – targeted assistance for the purchase of generators.

From individuals 6,616.50 UAH:

  • voluntary donations totaling 5,237.50 UAH
  • voluntary donations for the “Oak-OK” condominium, 197.00 UAH
  • voluntary donations for condominium “Mechnikova, 109-A”, 98.50 UAH
  • voluntary donations for the family of the condominium “Vysoka, 10A/1”, 98.50 UAH
  • voluntary donations for the family of the VYSOKY DVIR condominium, 98.50 UAH
  • voluntary donations for the Yashchenko family, 197 UAH
  • voluntary donations for the Dyachenko family, 689.50 UAH.

“The Irpin Restoration Fund” public organization made the following expenses in the amount of 173,740.09 UAH:

  • 173,086.09 UAH – paid for materials and delivery for the restoration of the roof of an apartment building (“Green Yard” apartment building, Bilokur Street, 9)
  • 654 UAH – bank commission (banking services when making payments)

As of January 31, 2023, the balance of funds in the accounts of the public organization “The Irpin Restoration Fund” is 28,126.53 UAH, 23,027.33 USD, and 499,925.00 EUR.

The donation from the City Hall of Cascais (Portugal) for the restoration of Kindergarten № 5 “Vinochok” in the amount of 499,925.00 EUR is a targeted aid and will be directed to the executor of the reconstruction of the “Vinochok” kindergarten.

The donation from the Embassy of Ukraine in Japan in the amount of 23,027.33 USD is a targeted assistance for the purchase of generators, currently the search for a supplier with the best price offer is underway.

“The Irpin Restoration Fund” uses funds exclusively to transfer housing to those in need and under no circumstances it uses the funds for administrative support costs of fund’s activities.
