Financial Report of “The Irpin Restoration Fund” Public Organization

Reporting period: February – March 2023

During the reporting period, UAH 21,423.26 was received in the accounts of the public organization “Irpin Restoration Fund” from individuals:

  • total voluntary donations of UAH 18,419.01
  • voluntary donations for the “PARKOVIY” housing complex, UAH 98.50
  • voluntary donations for the house on the street Hromodyanska 4, UAH 492.50
  • voluntary donations for the Yashchenko family, 197 UAH
  • voluntary donations for the Yashchenko family, UAH 197
  • voluntary donations for Rakul family, UAH 1,083.50
  • voluntary donations for the Kozyr family, UAH 49.25

In February-March 2023, the public organization “Irpin Restoration Fund” made the following expenses in the amount of UAH 13,823,425.14:

  • UAH 846,610.00 – generators were purchased with the funds of targeted financing, which were transferred to the fund’s account in January 2023, from the Embassy of Ukraine in Japan (USD 23,027.33) for the targeted purchase of generators;
  • UAH 12,975,865.14. – Three acts of completed works in Kindergarten No. 5 “Wreath” were paid for with the funds of targeted financing, which were transferred to the fund’s account in January 2023 from the city of Cascais
  • UAH 950 – bank commission (banking services when making payments)

As of March 31, 2023, the balance of funds in the accounts of the public organization “Irpin Restoration Fund” is UAH 44,619.82. and EUR 171,170.00 (targeted aid from the city of Cascais for the restoration of the “Wreath” kindergarten).

The “Irpin Reconstruction Fund” uses funds exclusively to transfer housing to those in need and under no circumstances uses the Fund’s wherewithal for administrative expenses to ensure the Fund’s activities.

The Irpin Reconstruction Fund reports about the construction materials for January-February

The Irpin Reconstruction Fund traditionally reports to donors and aid recipients about the construction materials provided and transferred to citizens in need.

From the batch of materials handed over by LLC “Saint-Gobain Building Products of Ukraine” for the Irpin Reconstruction Fund, two multi-story buildings, that applied to the Irpin Reconstruction Fund for help, received building materials. Namely:

  • Service Cooperative “Housing and building cooperative “Vysoky” (Vysoka St., 10А) – Vapor barrier Paranet 70m2 – 5 packages.
  • Condominium “Rich Town ZACHIDNA-10” (Irpin, Zakhidna St., 10) – facade glue. weber.therm S80 25 kg – 37 pieces.

Materials from this batch have also been issued for the reconstruction of the house at the address: Irpin, Makarenko St., 9, in the following volume:

  • Glue facade. armov. Weber.therm S80 25 kg. – 220 pieces,
  • Plaster Weber/min1.8mm “Kamintseva” 25 kg. – 140 pieces,
  • Putty weber.vetoin VH20 kg – 3 bags,
  • Vapor barrier Vapor barrier Paranet 70 m2 – 4 packages.

To restore the house at the address: Irpin, High St., 4b, the following materials have been transferred:

  • Glue facade. armov. Weber.therm S80 25 kg. – 80 pieces,
  • Plaster Weber/min1.8mm “Kamintseva” 25 kg. – 39 pieces,
  • Putty weber.vetoin VH20 kg – 53 bags,
  • Vapor barrier Paranet 70 m2 – 10 packages,
  • Facade primer weber.prim akril 25 kg – 3 buckets.

On February 14, the CEO of the “Brave” society Volodymyr Mykolaiovych Spivak provided the Irpin Restoration Fund with 8 cubes of firewood, which were handed over to the Tkachov family at the address: Irpin, Mineralna St., 36.

Also, during this reporting period, the Irpin Restoration Fund handed over the entrance doors at the following addresses:

  • Irpin, Kyivska St., 53 – 2 doors;
  • Mykhailivka-Rubezhivka village, Cosy St., 29 – 2 doors.

Financial Report of “The Irpin Restoration Fund” Public Organization

Reporting period: January 1, 2023 – January 31, 2023

During the reporting period the accounts of the public organization “The Irpin Restoration Fund” received 6,616.50 UAH, USD 23,027.33 USD, and 499,925.00 EUR.

Of them:

From legal entities –23,027.33 USD and 499,925.00 EUR, in particular:

  • – from the City Hall of Cascais (Portugal) targeted assistance for the restoration of Kindergarten No. 5 “Vinochok” 499,925.00 EUR.
  • from the Embassy of Ukraine in Japan 23,027.33 USD – targeted assistance for the purchase of generators.

From individuals 6,616.50 UAH:

  • voluntary donations totaling 5,237.50 UAH
  • voluntary donations for the “Oak-OK” condominium, 197.00 UAH
  • voluntary donations for condominium “Mechnikova, 109-A”, 98.50 UAH
  • voluntary donations for the family of the condominium “Vysoka, 10A/1”, 98.50 UAH
  • voluntary donations for the family of the VYSOKY DVIR condominium, 98.50 UAH
  • voluntary donations for the Yashchenko family, 197 UAH
  • voluntary donations for the Dyachenko family, 689.50 UAH.

“The Irpin Restoration Fund” public organization made the following expenses in the amount of 173,740.09 UAH:

  • 173,086.09 UAH – paid for materials and delivery for the restoration of the roof of an apartment building (“Green Yard” apartment building, Bilokur Street, 9)
  • 654 UAH – bank commission (banking services when making payments)

As of January 31, 2023, the balance of funds in the accounts of the public organization “The Irpin Restoration Fund” is 28,126.53 UAH, 23,027.33 USD, and 499,925.00 EUR.

The donation from the City Hall of Cascais (Portugal) for the restoration of Kindergarten № 5 “Vinochok” in the amount of 499,925.00 EUR is a targeted aid and will be directed to the executor of the reconstruction of the “Vinochok” kindergarten.

The donation from the Embassy of Ukraine in Japan in the amount of 23,027.33 USD is a targeted assistance for the purchase of generators, currently the search for a supplier with the best price offer is underway.

Financial report of the “Irpin Restoration Fund” ( November 2022)

Reporting period: August 1, 2022 – November 18, 2022

During the reporting period, 3,578,008.90 UAH ( three million five hundred seventy-eight thousand eight hryvnias 90 kopecks) were received into the accounts of the public organization “The Irpin Restoration Fund” of which

from legal entities 3 530 534,44 UAH, in particular:

  • from “Technocom” LLP – 250,000 UAH
  • from BF “Move Ukraine” 2,921,099.76 – targeted assistance for the restoration of a house in Irpin on Lysenko 14–г Street
  • from the Belgian representative office of Ecosoft company 359,434.68 UAH (equal to 9 954,02€).

From individuals 47 474,46 UAH:

  • general voluntary donations 32 482,76 UAH
  • voluntary donations for Universytetska St.1-ч 1,231.25 UAH
  • voluntary donations for the Kushnir family, 7,486 UAH
  • voluntary donations for the Vdovenkiv family, 1 152,45 UAH
  • voluntary donations for the Novyts’kyh family, 3 841,50 UAH
  • voluntary donations for the Zhukovs’kyh family, 1 280,50 UAH

The public organization “The Irpin Restoration Fund” made the following expenses in the amount of 3,271,907.96 UAH :

  • 2,921,099.76 UAH were transferred to the house on Lysenko 14-h St.
  • 9.000 UAH – payment of transport services for transportation ( delivery from Dnipro to Irpin) of entrance doors provided by the company “Ministry of Doors”
  • 245 782,12 UAH – paid for metal beams for the restoration of the roof of an apartment building (“Munkhausen” apartment building, 53 Kyivska Street.)
  • 68 998,12 UAH – paid for thermal insulation and OSB-plate, and delivery pf materials for the restoration of the roof of an apartment building (“Green Yard” apartment building, Bilokur 4B Street)
  • 4 849,80 UAH – paid for sand, cement, lime for the restoration of the apartment (Lermontova 6e Street, flat 38)
  • 12 711,00 UAH – paid for profiled and self-tapping screws for restoration of the roof of an apartment building (Bagirova 6 Street)
  • 3 167,28 UAH – paid for plastic bags, gloves, respirator masks, axes for repair work together with the “Tolokery” volunteer team at the address : Irpin, Hromodyans’ka 4 St.
  • 5 350 UAH – payment of transport services for the transportation of the modular house (at address: Turgenivska 52 St.)
  • 949, 68 UAH – bank commission (banking services when making payment)

As on November 18, 2022, the balance of funds in the accounts of the public organization “The Irpin Restoration Fund” is 306,100.94 UAH.

“The Irpin Restoration Fund” uses funds only to transfer the necessary reconstruction and under no circumstances it uses the funds for administrative support costs of fund’s activities.

In addition to financial donations, “The Irpin Restoration Fund” received construction materials

Оn November 11, Roman Volodymyrovych Kolot provided the Irpin Restoration Fund with a modular house for one of the families that lost their private home.

On November 15, the Irpin Restoration Fund handed over this modular house to a large Kolomiets family, at the address: Irpin, Turgenivska 52 St.

In November, LLP “Sen-Hoben Building Products Ukraine” handed over the following materials to the Irpin Reconstruction Fund:

  • façade glue weber.therm S80 25 kg – 100 pieces
  • plaster Weber.min 1.8mm “Kamintseva” – 25 kg – 90 pieces

  • putty Weber.vetonit VH 20 kg – 56 bags
  • putty Weber.vetonit LR Pasts 20 kg – 2 pieces
  • elastic glue Weber.fix profi plus 25 kg – 133 pieces
  • bituminous coating Weber.tec 905 331 – 2 canisters
  • façade plaster – 100/600×1200/E – 322 packages
  • vapor barrier Vapor barrier Paranet 70m2 – 42 packages
  • insulation ISOROC Super Warm 100 (24pcs) – 1 package
  • façade primer weber.prim acryl 25kg – 38 buckets
  • fugue Weber comfort W011 WHITE 2 kg – 8 bags.

One of the multi-storyed buildings (“Green Yard “ apartment building, Bilokur 4B St.) which applied to the Irpin Restoration Fund for help, has already received building materials from this batch of materials, that is Insulation ISOROC Super Warm 100 (24pcs) – 1 package and Vapor bariier Paranet 70 m2 – 4 packages.

The rest of the materials from the list will be provided by the Irpin Reconstruction Fund on first-served basis to multi-storyed buildings that have previously applied to the Fund.

Also, during this reporting period, the Irpin Restoration Fund handed over the entrance doors at the following addresses:

  • Vysoka 4B Street
