The speaker of the Parliament of Moldova in Irpin: “What the Russian army has done here is actually genocide”.
Today, Irpin was visited by the Chairman of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova Ihor Hrosu. Together with vice speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Olena Kondratiuk and Irpin city mayor Oleksandr Markushyn he inspected houses destroyed as a result of shelling by russians troops.
