Before war

The house is 5-storey , the walls are brick, the facade is insulated with foam, the roof is metal tiles + mineral wool insulation. The total area of the house is 1056 square meters. Number of apartments - 24 50% of residents are young families with small children. There are refuges from the Crimea (2 apartments) and Donbas (4 apartments) . Also living in the house is the widow of a soldier and a young family of soldiers with a 5-year-old child (a husband and wife - a military doctor who rescued civilians and military wounded during the fighting in Irpin).

After the invasion

Damaged: window and balcony blocks in the apartments of the residents of the house and in the entrance of the house; communications of electricity and water supply; facades; Cracks in the walls from bursts of shells. was completely burnt down (6 shanks of 82 mm mines were found on the roof. + One unexploded mine was removed by the residents themselves and handed over to the relevant services); Apartments on the 5th floor (4 pieces) and one on the 4th floor burned out (balcony windows with frames (8 windows) and balcony blocks with frames burned out); metal fences of balconies and windows of many apartments were destroyed.
