Today Irpin and Borodianka were visited by the Secretary General of the Council of Europe Maria Peichynovych-Burych. She was accompanied by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Emine Dzhaparova and the Head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Pavliuk.
